Booking conditions
Prices are in Euros (EUR). We try to offer the best possible price for the booking period, but rates are subject to change without notice until the booking is confirmed by deposit.
Check-in time: 17:00 p.m
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m
A €1,000 deposit will be required, which will be refunded upon checkout if the property is found in good condition. Refunds will be made via bank transfer and can be made up to 7 days after checkout.
Most airlines and hotels consider children traveling or staying without the company of an adult over the age of 18 to be unaccompanied minors. Villa Amaranta does not accept reservations from unaccompanied minors.
At Villa Amaranta, we are committed to providing an exceptional accommodation experience. However, we assume no responsibility for any injury, damage, loss, delay, additional expense, or inconvenience that may arise due to circumstances beyond our control.
These include, but are not limited to, war, civil unrest, terrorism, fire, flood, government regulations, technical or infrastructure failures, unforeseen maintenance, or service interruptions due to external causes.

The total amount of the reservation must be paid in full 30 days prior to arrival.
All guests must complete an online form with their personal information (ID or passport, date of birth, nationality, etc.). In accordance with current regulations, this information will be forwarded to the Civil Guard or the relevant authority.
